Kidney Dialysis Foundation (KDF) brings back its annual charity community events, Got To Walk on 9 November and Got To Goal from 7 to 8 December. Driven by the belief that no one should suffer due to the inability to afford dialysis, KDF is dedicated to supporting individuals with end-stage kidney disease by providing quality care and education. The events aim to bring together various community-based partners to raise awareness of kidney health and funds for underprivileged kidney patients in Singapore. Got To Walk 2024: Beat Diabetes, Protect Your Kidneys
Taking place on November 9 at OCBC Square, Singapore Sports Hub, the 5km fun walk will run from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, encouraging Singaporeans to embrace healthier lifestyles in the fight against diabetes—a major cause of kidney failure. Under the theme “Beat Diabetes, Protect Your Kidneys,” participants will enjoy a wide array of activities, including:
- A Family Carnival with kidney health-themed games, Caricature Portrait Drawing, Face Painting, Sand Art, and an experiential Dialysis Booth
- Live performances by Micollar and Eason Lee
- A Mass Warm-Up and Workout led by REVL Fitness
- A grand lucky draw featuring incredible prizes like an EMPIRE Prestige Massage Chair, a Teo Heng Wasuka Party Box, a Tridentair AirDomeTM 70 Air Purifier, and more

Got To Goal 2024: Healthier As One
On December 7 and 8, the Got To Goal futsal tournament will carry on the spirit of community with the theme “Healthier As One,” encouraging participants to stay active, build healthy habits, and strengthen family bonds. Held at Kick Off @ Kovan from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, the event promises a day filled with fitness, family, and fun. Former national player Hassan Sunny and members from the Football Association of Singapore will join on December 7 and 8, respectively, to interact with participants and energize the event with their presence.
Alongside the futsal competition, families can explore the FUN’tastic Family Carnival, packed with engaging activities for all ages, making it a vibrant weekend to celebrate health and community togetherness.
