The omakase, starting from $160 per person, features fresh ingredients flown in from all parts of Japan four times a week, such as sea urchins from Hokkaido, and tuna from Kyushu. An à la carte menu is also available for lunch. Reservations are highly recommended.

Another French bistro to consider for date night this month. Compared to Whitegrass Restaurant, which is more stylish and posh, Marguerite has a softer, more relaxed vibes — courtesy of being located within Gardens by the Bay’s Flower Dome.

Elements of nature is embed within the restaurant’s interior, with large rock structures, wooden furniture, and most importantly, a clear view of the foliage surrounding the restaurant. Meanwhile, the food is presented is the classic French fare at reasonable prices.
